If Clauses

1) Expressing a possibility (condition) in the present time:

If I have money I will travel around the world.

Se eu tiver dinheiro, viajarei pelo mundo.

If + present tense + will (future) = Uma ideia que (ainda) pode ser viável

2) Expressing a condition that is difficult to happen:

If I had money I would travel around the world.

Se eu tivesse dinheiro, viajaria pelo mundo.

If + past tense + would = uma ideia que poderia ser viável, mas difícil de acontecer

3) Expressing a condition in the past tense that was impossible to become true.

If I had had money I would have travelled around the world.

Se eu tivesse tido dinheiro, teria viajado pelo mundo.

If + past perfect tense + would + present perfect = uma ideia que já era inviável no passado, sem chances.

Make up  the three possible If Clause sentences with using those clues:

1) She/ buy/ you/a present/ save money.

a) She will buy you a present if she saves money.

b) She would buy you a present if she saved money.

c) She would have bought you a present if she had saved money.

2) He/ visit / his parents/ have/ some time.

3) They/ go/ to Mexico/ have/vacation/ this year.

4) You/ call/ me/ keep/ my phone number.

5) She/ make/ me / dinner/ I/ arrive/ earlier.
